HI, I’M EMILY, THE HEART BEHIND OLIVE BRANCH EVENTS.
MY JOURNEY INTO WEDDING PLANNING BEGAN WHILE PLANNING MY OWN WEDDING, WHERE I QUICKLY REALIZED THAT WHAT I LOVED MOST WASN’T JUST THE FINAL RESULT, IT WAS THE ENTIRE PROCESS. FROM ORGANIZING EVERY DETAIL TO BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH VENDORS AND WATCHING A VISION COME TO LIFE, I DISCOVERED A PASSION THAT FELT BIGGER THAN JUST A ONE-TIME EXPERIENCE.
IN THAT TIME, I TRULY FELT CALLED TO SERVE OTHERS IN A MEANINGFUL WAY. WHAT STARTED AS A PERSONAL JOURNEY TURNED INTO SOMETHING SO MUCH DEEPER. IT ALLOWED ME TO CREATE A SPACE WHERE COUPLES CAN FEEL SUPPORTED, CELEBRATED, AND AT PEACE THROUGHOUT THEIR WEDDING EXPERIENCE.
I BELIEVE YOUR WEDDING DAY SHOULD BE MORE THAN JUST BEAUTIFUL, IT SHOULD FEEL INTENTIONAL, JOYFUL, AND COMPLETELY TRUE TO YOU. MY GOAL IS TO TAKE THE STRESS OFF YOUR SHOULDERS SO YOU CAN BE FULLY PRESENT, SOAKING IN EVERY MOMENT ALONGSIDE THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE MOST.

With experience ranging from intimate events to large-scale conferences hosting thousands, she is skilled in managing both the details and the bigger picture with ease. Known for being fun, reliable, and highly organized, she brings a strong sense of structure to every wedding day. Since stepping into wedding planning and coordination, Courtney has become a trusted part of the team, ensuring each event runs smoothly, efficiently, and with intention.

Becca brings both creativity and a well-rounded perspective to her role as a lead coordinator. As a wedding photographer, mobile coffee business owner, and part-time venue coordinator, she understands the flow of a wedding day from every angle. This allows her to anticipate needs, support both vendors and couples, and keep each moment running seamlessly. With a calm, confident presence, Becca ensures every wedding feels effortless and thoughtfully executed.

Holly has had a natural eye for planning and design long before entering the wedding industry. She has worked alongside Olive Branch Events to assist and lead weddings with care and precision. Often behind the scenes, she is known for her thoughtful, organized approach and attention to detail, from perfectly placed chairs to beautifully aligned place settings. Soft-spoken yet steady in presence, Holly brings a sense of calm that allows each wedding day to unfold seamlessly.

Dylan is the steady presence behind the scenes, ensuring every detail is taken care of from start to finish. From handling setup and heavy lifting to hanging décor, polishing glassware, and keeping the flow of the event moving, he plays a key role in bringing each wedding day together. Reliable, hardworking, and always one step ahead, Dylan helps create a seamless experience so both our team and our couples can fully enjoy the celebration.

With over 25 years of experience as a teacher, she has a natural ability to stay organized, attentive, and one step ahead. She has a keen eye for the small details that make a big difference!
